- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role within IT industry.
Skills
- Sales Acumen: Ability to understand sales strategies and contribute to closing deals with technical insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Polish and English, French or German would be a big plus), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Presentation Skills: Effective presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and conduct engaging demonstrations.

Main responsibilities
- Understand Client Needs: Engage with potential clients to comprehend their business problems.

- Technical Proposals: Assist with preparation and present detailed technical proposals.

- Support Sales Efforts: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies to drive sales of our solutions.
- Bridge Between Teams: Act as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
