About the role
Britenet is a European provider of IT solutions and software services, operating since 2006. The company employs nearly 1,000 specialists and offers expertise in application development, ERP, cloud solutions, CRM, data, artificial intelligence, and Salesforce-based systems. Britenet supports clients from industries such as finance, banking, insurance, telecommunications, automotive, retail, and the public sector. Its experts guide clients through the entire project lifecycle – from analysis and testing to development, implementation, and system maintenance. Projects are delivered primarily through modern competence centers in Poland or directly at the partners’ sites. Britenet also maintains offices in Germany and Belgium.
Our expectations
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a Technical Consulting role in the IT industry.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge and proficiency with the Salesforce platform and its core clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
- Sales Acumen: Ability to understand sales strategies and contribute to closing deals with technical insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English, French, German, Polish would be a big plus), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Presentation Skills: Effective presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and conduct engaging demonstrations.
- Star Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a leading role and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Spotlight Personality: Accustomed to public speeches in various situations. Conference speaker experience is a big plus.
- Client-Focused: Strong client orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Proactive: Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in staying abreast of new technologies and market developments.
- Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
Main responsibilities
- Understand Client Needs: Engage with potential clients to comprehend their data-related requirements and challenges.
- Consultative Approach: Provide technical consultation to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our data solutions.
- Design Solutions: Develop and propose high-level business solutions that align with client needs and leverage our company’s capabilities.
- Technical Proposals: Assist with preparation and present detailed technical proposals
- Demo Preparation: Create and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Support Sales Efforts: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies to drive sales of our solutions.
- Bridge Between Teams: Act as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help refine our offerings.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data, including data analytics, big data, machine learning, and data management.
- Competitive Analysis: Understand competitor offerings and position our solutions effectively against them.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Team Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our data solutions and enable them to communicate effectively with clients.
- Personal Development: Continuously upgrade personal knowledge and skills in data technologies to remain relevant and effective in the role.
