About the role

The main goal of this position is to support the smooth functioning of the Payoff Department. The work complies with legal regulations and internal policies.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;

  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Master or Bechalor degree (finance/accounting preferred);
  • Experience in a similar position.

Main responsibilities

  • Preparing acceptance protocols;
  • Issuing sales invoices for domestic and international clients;
  • Ensuring timely payment of receivables;
  • Ongoing support in financial and accounting processes;
  • Ongoing operation of financial and accounting systems;
  • Participating in the month-end closing process;
  • Monitoring sales budgets;
  • Contributing to the development of controlling tools for reporting and planning;
  • Preparing ad hoc analyses, creating and analyzing regular reports on costs and revenues for selected business areas.
