This role is responsible for building and executing a structured internal communications strategy that keeps employees informed, aligned, and engaged across the organisation. The position plays a key role in driving clarity and transparency by delivering consistent, high-quality internal messaging.

- 2-3 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and message-development skills.
- Experience hosting or coordinating large internal meetings or town halls.
- Proven ability to structure communication in a growing or transforming organisation.
- Background in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of English required.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
- Confident facilitator with strong presentation skills.
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Able to simplify complex information into clear, accessible messages.
- Calm, positive, and solution-oriented — especially during periods of change.
Nice to have
- Experience in change communications or organisational transformation.
- Previous work in tech, IT services, or international environments.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools.
- Experience creating visual communication materials or slide decks.
Main responsibilities
Strategy and Continuous Improvement
- Implement internal communications strategy.
- Improve communication processes to increase alignment and employee engagement.
- Coordinate internal surveys.
- Monitor feedback and adjust internal communication approaches to continuously improve clarity and impact.
Assist in Management Communication and Content
- Create clear, consistent, and engaging internal messaging across channels (email, newsletters, presentations).
- Support leadership with communication around strategic initiatives, changes, and company updates.
Key Channel and Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and host monthly company town hall meetings.
- Ensure all teams are equipped with timely and accurate information to support collaboration and operational efficiency.
Interdepartmental Cooperation/Interdisciplinary Support
- Support the People team with the creation of internal campaigns.
