15 July marks the tenth year of World Youth Skills Day! Established by the United Nations, the day is an opportunity to highlight how crucial it is for the future of our entire planet to support the development of young people! Equipping young people with knowledge and the right skills is not only about offering them the chance to get a decent job and paving pathways to success, but also about shaping a sustainable and promising future for us all.

At Britenet, we're all about the amazing potential of young people. We’re committed to giving them the skills and chances they need to thrive in a fast-changing world. Celebrating World Youth Skills Day, we get how crucial it is to arm young folks with what they need for jobs, good work, and starting their own businesses. We believe in working together as a team, not just a bunch of individuals. Our focus on being dynamic and supporting youth helps us keep up with the fast-paced world of IT. Together, we aim to stay on top and not get left behind in our industry.

First steps into the future – how we help young people get started in IT.

  • Quality Internships: We offer comprehensive internship programs that provide hands-on experience in various fields, allowing young professionals to gain practical skills and insights into the industry.
  • Career Development: Our mentorship and training programs are designed to help young people transition smoothly from education to the workplace, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers and then support in the development of this career through all levels: from junior to expert.
  • Inclusive Learning: We are committed to inclusive and flexible learning opportunities, ensuring that all young individuals, regardless of their background, have access to quality education and training. We have internally created many training programs in various modern technologies with diverse topics, which we are currently structuring. We want our less experienced and junior colleagues to be able to benefit from them.

What do the young and ambitious say about working with us?

The internship really helped me take my first steps in the IT industry. Thanks to the incredibly friendly atmosphere and the understanding of the people I worked with, the stress of entering a new chapter in my career was minimized. I believe that by working on an internal project as a Backend .NET Developer, I greatly improved my skills and gained knowledge and experience that I will definitely use in the future.

My internship as a UI/UX Designer was a huge boost for my career. From the first month at Britenet, I was involved in a project that showed me the entire product creation process, from advanced research to concept and implementation.

I especially appreciated the support from the entire team. Experienced specialists were always ready to help and answer my questions. I felt respected and accepted, which helped me gain experience and make real friendships.
