I Organiser

The Organiser of the Referral Programme is Britenet LLC with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division under the KRS number 0000264919, with the share capital of PLN 150,000.00, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 951-219-77-37 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘organiser’).

The Referral Programme will be implemented in accordance with the principles set forth in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the 'Regulations'). Sending a message to the recruiter's email address with the subject 'Referral Programme' or completing the referral Programme form on the organiser's website constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

II Subject of the Programme

The Programme involves recommending an IT specialist to the organiser by completing the Referral Programme form on the organiser's website or sending their CV via email to the recruiter with the subject line 'Referral Programme.' If the recommended individual has not participated in the recruitment process at Britenet within the last 12 months and, additionally, successfully completes the current recruitment process, is hired, and works for at least 3 months*, the recommender receives a financial bonus, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these regulations.

III Duration of the Programme

The Programme is effective from January 2016 until further notice. The Programme organiser, Britenet LLC, may decide to terminate it at any time, without providing reasons.

IV Programme Participants

Any natural person over 18 years of age may become a participant in the Programme.

A participant may take part in the Programme multiple times.

The Programme excludes entities (natural persons, legal entities as well as organisational units without legal personality, to which a separate act grants legal capacity) professionally conducting recruitment processes (e.g. recruitment agencies), as well as employees of the Britenet People Department and persons working in the position of Director or Head at Britenet.

The person recommended:

a) Should meet the specific requirements of the position for which they are recommended. The list of current offers can be found on the website: career.britenet.eu/career

b) Could not have participated in the recruitment process at Britenet in the last 12 months.

c) Must be aware of the recommendation; if the recommended person is not aware of the CV being sent or has participated in a recruitment process at Britenet within the last 12 months, the  person recommending them loses the right to the financial bonus.

V Recommendation Process

1. To participate in the Programme, you must submit a CV of the person you recommend (see Section II of the regulations). Candidates recommended in any other way or without submitting the required documents/information will not be considered. The recommendation must include the following information and documents:

a) The CV of the person recommended (containing their contact details, including name and surname, current e-mail address and telephone number; description of experience, consent to the processing of personal data by Britenet LLC with the following content:

'I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Britenet LLC capital group with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024, for the purposes necessary to carry out current and future recruitment processes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.');

b) The name of the position for which the person is recommended to and its location;

c) The contact details of the Person Recommending, including name and surname, current e-mail address and telephone number, along with the following formula:

'I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the capital group Britenet with its registered office in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024, for the implementation of the Programme Recommendations. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, and I hereby declare that I have the right to access, correct or remove my data.

I declare that I have obtained consent from the candidate I recommend to make their personal data and their CV available to Britenet LLC, and that they have read the clause information regarding the processing of their personal data on https://britenet.eu/gdprinfo.

I accept the terms and conditions of the Britenet Referral Programme.'

d) The subject line of the message for email submissions should be 'Referral Programme'.

2. In the event that the CV of the same candidate is sent by another person, the bonus will be awarded to the person who recommended the Candidate first.

3. The person recommended undergoes the standard recruitment process.

4. Britenet will inform the person recommending by e-mail or telephone that the company has employed the candidate recommended by them.

5. A referral by a referrer is valid for 12 months from the date the candidate is recommended in the manner specified in the Britenet Referral Programme. Hiring or commencing a relationship with the candidate after this period does not qualify the referrer for a financial bonus.

VI. Payment of financial bonus

1. The financial bonus amount for referrals submitted from December 2021 is:

- Step One - 500 PLN gross*

- Junior - 1000 PLN gross

- Mid - 3000 PLN gross

- Senior - 4000 PLN gross

- Technical Leader - 8000 PLN gross

2. The amount of the referral reward depends on the position level for which the candidate was qualified by Britenet LLC following the recruitment process. A Junior candidate must have at least one year of commercial experience in a similar position.

3. The amount is paid in full when the person recommended successfully completes at least a 3-month trial period, i.e. their employment is longer than 93 days*.

4. The bonus will be paid based on a commission agreement prepared by Britenet LLC or an invoice issued by the referrer if the referrer is self-employed. Programme participants are required to send the information necessary to prepare the commission agreement or invoice to the return address ([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving the decision to grant the bonus. If the information required by Britenet is not received within the above deadline, the organiser reserves the right not to pay the bonus.

5. If the financial bonus is settled based on a mandate agreement, the amounts in point 1 will be reduced by public law liabilities, in accordance with applicable regulations. If the financial bonus is settled based on an invoice, the amounts in point 1 are net amounts.

6. The bonus for hiring a referred candidate will be paid within a maximum of 30 business days of the date they successfully complete a minimum of 93 days of employment.* The employment period does not include the time during which the referred employee/collaborator is under notice. This bonus will be paid by Britenet only after the referring person has completed all the formalities.

VII Disputable issues

In case of unsettled issues or disputes, the right to decide and resolve shall lie with the Referral Programme organiser.

* A Step One candidate must have successfully worked for a minimum of 183 days.
