Our expectations
- Proven experience as a System & Business Analyst.
- Professional experience in the payments, banking, or financial services sector.
- Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML (including sequence, class, and activity diagrams).
- Experience working with Enterprise Architect.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of system integrations and REST APIs.
- Ability to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into system specifications.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to ask the right questions, gather information effectively, and communicate clearly, even in challenging situations.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Professional maturity, accountability, and willingness to build long-term cooperation.
- Readiness to work in a stable maintenance-focused environment where accuracy and consistency are essential.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payment cards domain.
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- Previous experience supporting and maintaining enterprise systems.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze business requests and requirements submitted by clients.
- Perform both business and system analysis (approximately 50% / 50%).
- Gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements in cooperation with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create analytical documentation and process/system models using BPMN and UML.
- Analyze system integrations and collaborate on documenting REST APIs.
- Support analysis related to compliance initiatives and regulatory changes.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing solutions and work closely with technical teams during implementation.
- Elicit knowledge from business experts and coordinate information flow across stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing payment solutions within a stable system landscape.
