We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Partnership Key Account Manager to join our Indirect and International Sales Team! This role will focus on acquiring new strategic partners, managing and growing key partnerships, driving strategic collaborations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Position: Senior Partnership Key Account Manager
Location: hybrid role with the requirement to work 2 days a week in our Mönchengladbach office
Our expectations
- At least 10 years of complex solution selling experience as a Key Account Manager and at least 5 years as Partnership Manager, Channel Manager or similar
- Proven track record of success in international business environments
- Proven hunter experience - acquiring new customers and/or Partners and new sales opportunities
- A well-developed network of contacts, ready for quick activation
- Experience in working with tools supporting prospecting activities, such as Salesforce
- Extensive experience in conducting business meetings and presentations with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into a winning offer
- Knowledge of English and German at a level enabling fluent business communication
- Solution selling attitude: ability to understand the business and IT needs of the client and specific needs of Partners.
- Communication skills: ability to adapt communication to the recipient at various levels, including C-level

- Working according to Sales methodology and/or methodological/process driven attitude
- Experience in establishing strong business relationship with technology partners is a plus
Main responsibilities
- Executing the company's sales strategy for Germany (and potentially DACH Region) to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Responsibility for the partner portfolio and its active development
- Excellent knowledge of market trends
- Negotiating and closing high-value deals and contracts
- Creating regular sales reports and performance indicators for management staff, ensuring regular data entry into the CRM system
- Creating and practicing the best work standards
- Creating, executing and consulting account plans and sales strategy
- Representing the company externally (conferences, fairs, industry events)
