Our expectations
- Experience in independently conducting analytical tasks in projects within payment services, finance, or banking sectors
- Strong knowledge of the banking and/or financial industry
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and business process modeling
- Familiarity with business process modeling standards: BPMN, UML
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong analytical thinking and quick learning abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Commitment to a long-term, stable collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in the payment cards sector
- Knowledge of mobile payment solutions and related topics
Main responsibilities
- Defining and aligning requirements with business owners and external vendors
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Collaborating with developers and testers on application development and quality assurance
- Coordinating with vendors during the implementation process
- Supervising the delivery of functionalities
- Accepting functionalities, including testing
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
