Britenet, a leading Polish technology company, reinforces its position as a strategic partner to public administration. The company has signed a framework agreement valued at PLN 200 million (approximately €45 million) with the IT Center of the Ministry of Finance (CIRF) to provide IT Staff Augmentation services. This achievement confirms Britenet's expertise in implementing complex projects for key state institutions.
The IT Center of the Ministry of Finance (CIRF) functions as the IT service center for both the Ministry of Finance and the National Revenue Administration (KAS). The signed framework agreement covers IT Staff Augmentation services, which are critical for the continuity and development of public systems, enabling CIRF to flexibly procure high-calibre IT specialists for current and future initiatives.
The new framework agreement marks another success for Britenet in the public sector. Recently, the company has expanded its portfolio, securing a four-year framework tender for IT system development and support for the EU agency Frontex (the European Border and Coast Guard Agency), as well as a key project for the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy (MFiPR), where it is responsible for the migration and maintenance of the European Social Fund Monitoring System (SM EFS), among other tasks.
The signing of the framework agreement with CIRF consolidates our long-term presence in one of the most important segments of the Polish administration. The Ministry of Finance and KAS manage systems that are critically important for the functioning of the state and the economy. The fact that we have once again been entrusted with confidence in such a sensitive area confirms not only Britenet's deep technological knowledge but, above all, our understanding of the public sector’s specific needs and requirements.

In the context of the growing IT skills gap, the staff augmentation services offered by Britenet enable public institutions to quickly and effectively supplement their teams with experts possessing unique qualifications, without the need for prolonged recruitment processes.
Our role is to provide flexible and scalable resources that guarantee the stability of critical information systems. The budget of this agreement, amounting to PLN 200 million, attests to the scale of CIRF’s technological challenges and needs. We are pleased to be part of this transformation, helping the state effectively utilize modern technologies. We are proud to be becoming synonymous with trust and efficiency in the digitization of the Polish administration.
