Our expectations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (segment marketing, lead generation);
- Higher education (preferred fields: humanities, such as Polish philology, marketing, or similar);
- Proven experience in developing strategic segment plans;
- Hands-on experience in a company undergoing significant transformation;
- Strong skills in strategic thinking and project management;
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities;
- Assertiveness, decision-making skills, and stress resilience;
- Proactive approach and a passion for teamwork;
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of one of the following languages is a plus: German, French, or Dutch;
- Experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Main responsibilities
- Creating and executing quarterly marketing strategies for segments: setting key marketing objectives for the upcoming quarter, such as increasing brand awareness.
- Lead acquisition and management: conducting lead generation activities and segment marketing initiatives.
- Assessing market conditions and updating the segment profile: analyzing current market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with other departments and teams: coordinating activities with internal and external teams (e.g., marketing agencies) to achieve the plan.
- Optimizing and reporting on activities: tracking marketing campaign performance, preparing reports, presenting results, and proposing new actions.
- Ensuring consistent communication: maintaining brand consistency in marketing and prospecting communications.
