  • Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling
  • At least one year of experience in team management
  • Higher education, preferably in finance
  • Experience in creating controlling structures from scratch
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Practical experience in working with Power BI
  • Decision-making skills and high initiative
  • Openness to change and implementation of new solutions
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to cooperate at various levels of the organisation
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to plan work and act under time pressure
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SQL databases
  • ACCA or CIMA certification

Main responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the budgeting process
  • Monthly reporting of financial results
  • Supervision of expenses and cost control within the organisation
  • Initiating, developing and implementing new processes and controlling tools tailored to the needs of the organisation
  • Supporting key business decisions through analysis, recommendations and the development of a controlling model tailored to operational needs
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement in controlling
  • Shaping and developing the controlling function as a business partner in the organisation
  • Managing the controlling team with an emphasis on development, motivation and ensuring effective cooperation with other departments of the company
  • Participation in internal and interdepartmental projects
