About the role

Our expectations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role (system analyst experience is highly preferred)
- Experience in business process analysis and modeling (BPMN/UML)
- Creating and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Working in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect
- Ability to work with databases (SQL)
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular or similar)
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong communication skills, client orientation, ability to collaborate within a team
- Experience in banking or financial projects (e.g., loans, payments, current accounts, consumer finance)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of low-code platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Camunda, Swagger/OpenAPI
Main responsibilities
- Analysis of user and business needs
- Creating functional and technical documentation
- Modeling business and system processes
- Collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, and UX designers
- Preparing and overseeing project specifications, system integrations and testing
