About the role
Responsible for introducing and developing a segment marketing approach at Britenet. Responsible & accountable for lead generation within these segments, together with his/her team. This includes tasks such as understanding the segments, strategy defining, planning, scheduling, implementation and quality control, creating MQLs and hot MQLs to reach the sales objectives. Responsible for building a strong segment marketing team by coaching, knowledge and experience sharing.
Our expectations
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role (segment marketing, lead generation).
- Proven experience in developing strategic plans for individual segments and across all segments.
- Experience in working within an organization during periods of internal transformation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team to execute strategic plans.
- Proven track record in coaching teams to achieve higher performance levels through improvement tracks.
- Proficient in English at an advanced level.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, or a combination of these languages.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning and project management skills, combined with a hands-on mentality and commitment to quality.
- Creativity, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to be assertive and decision-making.
Main responsibilites
Setting up the segment marketing approach
- Getting the team and internal stakeholders familiar with the segment approach (focus on Poland, Germany, Belgium, UK).
- Getting the team and stakeholders familiar with the segment approach: explaining, presenting, teaching, coaching, follow-up.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions to educate the team on how to deliver the segment marketing approach.
Building and execution a strategic plan per segment
- Maximize the number of qualitative leads per segment by combining all marketing possibilities (content, events, prospecting, ABM, sales enablement tools, pr for brand awareness, etc).
- Develop, together with the team, a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital, content, and social media marketing.
- Build a strategic marketing plan per segment every quarter and execute it.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Create a marketing calendar outlining key campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and coherence in strategies and objectives.
- Develop the structure for an automated dashboard.
Managing the team
- Motivating and coaching team members to raise the bar every day.
- Setting goals and delegating tasks in consultation with the superior.
- Setting KPIs and enforcing their implementation in consultation with the superior.
- Decide and track the budget, together with the Marketing Director.
