The Pre-Sales Manager at Britenet plays a key role in the sales process, combining technical and business aspects to support sales teams in acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing clients.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role within the data area of the IT industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in data management, data analytics, big data, and related technologies.
Skills
- Sales Acumen: Ability to understand sales strategies and contribute to closing deals with technical insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English, French and German; Polish would be a big plus), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Presentation Skills: Effective presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and conduct engaging demonstrations.

Main responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis:
- Understand Client Needs: Engage with potential clients to comprehend their data-related requirements and challenges.
- Consultative Approach: Provide technical consultation to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our data solutions.
Solution Development & Proposal Management:
- Design Solutions: Develop and propose high-level business solutions that align with client needs and leverage our company’s capabilities.
- Technical Proposals: Assist with preparation and present detailed technical proposals
- Demo Preparation: Create and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams:
- Support Sales Efforts: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies to drive sales of our solutions.
- Bridge Between Teams: Act as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help refine our offerings.
Market Analysis & Product Knowledge:
- Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data, including data analytics, big data, machine learning, and data management.
- Competitive Analysis: Understand competitor offerings and position our solutions effectively against them.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Training & Development:
- Team Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our data solutions and enable them to communicate effectively with clients.
- Personal Development: Continuously upgrade personal knowledge and skills in data technologies to remain relevant and effective in the role.
