About the role
In charge of cultivating the Britenet brand, which encompasses the Employer brand in Poland, Germany, and Belgium. Playing a key role in driving lead generation through the utilization of PR and brand strategies. Boosting the employee experience to the max. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, coordinating schedules, ensuring high-quality execution, and overseeing internal and external communication efforts. Focused on enhancing brand recognition and maintaining a positive employer brand experience to foster employee satisfaction.
Our expectations
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in area of PR, communication, marketing, with at least 4 years in as a manager.
- Experience in working within an organization during periods of internal transformation, including change management and internal communication.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for internal communication that align with business goals.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and communication strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding & employee experience strategies.
- Experience in contacts, building and maintaining relationships with the media, public administration, universities.
- Experience in building and managing a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills, along with a quality-driven and creative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level).

Main responsibilities
External communication
- Lead the development of a strategic plan aimed at increasing brand awareness in Poland, Germany, Belgium.
- Implement the plan alongside a team.
- Plan and deliver high-quality content, including articles, press releases, etc.
- Serve as the primary contact for Britenet with universities, public administration, and press conferences.
- Take charge of crisis communication as necessary.
Employer branding & employee experience
- Lead the change in developing a strategic plan to enhance our employee experience and to support change management and Implement the plan with the team.
- Organize and manage employer branding events (Job Fairs, Career Days, etc.) and internal events.
- Plan and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and company culture.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze findings to improve engagement and retention.
Internal communication
- Lead the effort in developing and implementing a strategic communication plan while ensuring that all published content meets the quality standards.
- Oversee internal communication platforms.
- Conduct research to assess communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Brand & Content Management
- Develop brand strategy and brand identity book.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external and internal communication.
Managing the team
- Evaluating and hiring department staff as necessary.
- Establishing objectives and assigning responsibilities.
- Ensure the team delivers all published materials that meet high quality standards.
- Defining performance indicators and ensuring their execution with input from higher management. Inspiring and maintaining required skill levels.
- Nurturing talent through regular development discussions, offering feedback, and assisting in planning.
- Managing the budget, together with the Marketing Director.
