About the role
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of services to key customers in the area of consulting and IT outsourcing. You will act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters, ensuring high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your role bridges customer needs and internal capabilities, ensuring commitments are met and expectations exceeded.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in post-sales service for business customers
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service in the IT industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- High level of professionalism and maturity in client interactions
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under time pressure

Main responsibilities
- Post-Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive post-sales support to business clients, ensuring smooth
service delivery, ongoing operations, and accurate billing coordination.
- Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with key internal teams such as Sales, Allocation Center, and Payoff to align service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Consultant Coordination:
Act as the first point of contact for consultants assigned to your clients.
Maintain regular communication and provide day-to-day operational support and care.
- System Operations:
Manage and operate internal business systems to support efficient delivery
and administrative processes.
- Sales Support:
Collaborate with the Sales team by contributing to proposal preparation and supporting pre-sales and sales activities.
