About the role
The role is part of the Gift Cards Go-Live Project within the IT department.
Knowledge of the retail industry and the gift cards will be an additional advantage.
Our expectations
- Practical experience in analyzing client needs and functional requirements, supported by hands-on project experience
- Proven ability to write clear and well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Experience in business process analysis and modeling (BPMN/UML)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various project stakeholders, including business representatives, solution architects, and development teams
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage tasks within ongoing projects
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, including preparing specifications of functional and non-functional requirements for the Gift Cards Go-Live Project and supporting solution testing by providing clarifications to testers
Main responsibilities
Development of business requirements, including gifts cards regulations, the process of distributing cards to stores in Poland, training materials for store employees, and assistance in determining financial matters
