This time you have the chance to be part of a project related to the development, consulting and support of IT systems for Frontex. The European Border and Coast Guard Agency supports EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in the management of the EU's external borders and the fight against cross-border crime.
Our expectations
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar position
- Higher education (minimum Bachelor’s degree)
- Certification in PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, PM² Basic, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ICT terminology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (backlog management, test planning, dashboards)
- Knowledge of the English language at C1 level
Nice to have
- Experience with the Schengen Information System (SIS) or related EU systems
- Experience in ICT system testing
- Knowledge of border checks, surveillance, and return operations
Main responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resources
- Prepare and maintain reports, notes, letters, and meeting minutes
- Support quality assurance and compliance activities
- Coordinate meetings and maintain project schedules
- Manage documentation and ensure efficient information flow
- Conduct testing and report on results using Azure DevOps
