About the role

Dla naszego klienta, poszukujemy doświadczonego Project Managera z doświadczeniem w realizacji projektów Salesforce. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za kompleksowe zarządzanie projektami wdrożeniowymi Salesforce – od fazy inicjacji, aż po go-live – z zapewnieniem wysokiej jakości, terminowości i zgodności z budżetem.

Our expectations

Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia jako Project Manager w projektach wdrożeniowych Salesforce
Doświadczenie w pracy dla partnera Salesforce
Znajomość produktów Salesforce i terminologii (certyfikaty będą dodatkowym atutem)
Potwierdzone doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami end-to-end
Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami (Smartsheet, JIRA, LucidChart, PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum poziom C1) – zarówno w mowie, jak i piśmie
Umiejętność prowadzenia zdalnych zespołów i spotkań projektowych
Certyfikaty z zarządzania projektami (np. Agile Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI)

Nice to have

Znajomość narzędzi DevOps (Jira, Gearset, Azure DevOps)
Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku programów wielodostawczych i zgodnym z PMO
Umiejętność coachingu zespołów projektowych

Main responsibilities

Prowadzenie projektów wdrożeniowych Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) w modelu hybrydowym Agile-Waterfall
Koordynacja zespołów wielofunkcyjnych (konsultanci, analitycy, deweloperzy) w różnych strefach czasowych
Planowanie projektów, śledzenie kamieni milowych i zarządzanie ryzykiem (RAID)
Raportowanie statusu do interesariuszy wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, w tym na poziomie zarządczym
Moderowanie warsztatów projektowych, spotkań z klientem i sesji statusowych
Zarządzanie zakresem, zmianami, budżetem i zasobami w ramach projektu
Wsparcie przy uruchomieniu projektów oraz onboardingu nowych członków zespołu
