We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director based in Belgium to lead our marketing efforts and accelerate our growth in these key markets.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT services, consulting, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven track record of marketing leadership (5+ years) across multiple European countries.
- Expertise in Communication, digital marketing, lead generation, content strategy, and branding.
- A perceptive strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational skills.
- Experience in managing and coaching teams in international and cross-cultural environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and hybrid working environment.
- Able to work in a company undergoing transformation.
- Experience in effectively managing cultural differences between people.
Required Language Skills:
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive international marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, specifically targeting Germany and Belgium.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, multilingual marketing team across various regions, while also managing external agencies and partners effectively.
- Oversee impactful demand generation campaigns (digital, content, events, Account-Based Marketing) meticulously tailored to local market nuances.
- Ensure consistent and compelling product and service positioning across all regions and channels.
- Drive brand awareness and establish thought leadership through strategic PR initiatives, social media engagement, and compelling employer branding.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to continuously refine messaging and optimize campaign direction.
- Manage the global marketing budget with precision and measure campaign ROI to ensure maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales teams to foster pipeline development and enhance sales enablement.
- Ensure consistency of messaging in several European markets.
