Our expectations
- 3+ years of experience in QA, testing complex, multi-layered systems,
- Strong hands-on experience with both client-side and server-side testing,
- Proficient in testing RESTful APIs and debugging via browser tools,
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail,
- Self-starter, quick learner, and able to work independently,
- Comfortable identifying root causes and thinking critically under pressure,
- A good command of English (min. B2 level),
- Ready to work in a hybrid workplace model - min. 3 days from the office (Lublin).
Nice to have
- Experience working in Linux-based environments,
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar,
- Prior experience with UAT testing and/or direct interaction with customers.
Main responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how customers interact with our products in real-world scenarios,
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end test cases for both web and mobile applications—across new features and customer-specific customizations,
- Perform a combination of white-box and black-box testing to uncover defects across system layers,
- Identify, analyze, and report issues, collaborating with product and technical teams to ensure timely resolution,
- Recommend improvements to product behavior and user experience based on test findings,
- Stay current on testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
