About the role
Acquiring new key accounts and developing business with the company's clients. The purpose of the position is to sell IT solutions, which involves understanding customers’ business challenges and thus contributing to the customer’s digital transformation. Essential to this position is knowing how to build strong relationships and strategically develop key accounts to maximize business opportunities.

- At least 10 years of complex solution selling experience as a Key Account Manager or similar
- Proven track record of success in an international business environment

- Experience in working with tools supporting prospecting activities, such as Sales
- Navigator, Salesforce
- Extensive experience in conducting business meetings and presentations with
- the ability to understand customer needs and translate that into a winning offer
- Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent business communication,
- including presenting and explaining complex technological solutions in a way that
- is understandable and convincing to the recipients
- Knowledge of other European languages, in particular German, French, Dutch, at
- a level enabling fluent business communication
- Ability to build long-term, positive relationships with both customers and with
- teams and units within the organization
- Solution selling attitude: the ability to understand the business and IT needs of the
- client, propose tailored solutions based on communicating values for the Clients
- Communication skills: ability to ask meaningful questions, active listening,
- negotiation, the ability to adapt communication to the recipient at various levels,
- including C-level

Main responsibilities
- Executing the company's sales strategy for Belgium to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Responsibility for the client portfolio and its active development
- Excellent knowledge of market trends
- Negotiating and closing high-value deals and contracts
- Creating regular sales reports and performance indicators for management staff
- Ensuring regular data entry into the CRM system
- Creating and practicing the best work standards
- Creating, executing, and consulting on account plans and sales strategy
- Representing the company externally (conferences, fairs, industry events)
