About the role
This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for day-to-day HR Administration processes, including accurate maintenance of employee documentation, processing holidays, and assisting with the formal administration of onboarding and offboarding. The position requires high conscientiousness, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to quickly learn and adhere to HR Administration regulations and internal procedures to ensure compliance and effective team support.

- Higher education in law and administration, economics or related fields, or final years of relevant studies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- English language skills at a level that allows for fluent communication.

Main responsibilities
Control of HR processes
- Day-to-day HR services: medical insurance, checking the correctness of holiday entries, issuing certificates for employees, checking contract deadlines, medical and health and safety examinations, benefits administration
- Formal administration of new employee recruitment, formal administration of the offboarding process
- Ensuring the quality and flow of information within the department
- Effective cooperation with other employees
Ensuring that employee documentation is kept up to date
- Maintaining employee documentation – personal files
- Maintaining holiday records
- Referring employees for initial, periodic and follow-up medical examinations
- Archiving and securing HR and payroll documentation
Performing additional activities assigned by the supervisor
