Main responsibilities
- Coordinating the onboarding of a new employee in the company from the technical side
- Creating a company account, adding to email groups
- Issuing of equipment, assistance with configuration, guidance on solving technical issues in the company
- Offboarding an employee
- De-authorisation of systems
- Verification of the return of the equipment by the employee leaving work
- Clearing the circulation card
- Handling ticket system requests
- Troubleshooting employee hardware and software issues
- Implementation of entitlement and order management process
- Creation and development of a knowledge base for company employees, e.g. technical manuals
- Organizing and posting all necessary information on MediaWiki and FreshService
