Main responsibilities

  • Coordinating the onboarding of a new employee in the company from the technical side
  • Creating a company account, adding to email groups
  • Issuing of equipment, assistance with configuration, guidance on solving technical issues in the company
  • Offboarding an employee
  • De-authorisation of systems
  • Verification of the return of the equipment by the employee leaving work
  • Clearing the circulation card
  • Handling ticket system requests
  • Troubleshooting employee hardware and software issues
  • Implementation of entitlement and order management process
  • Creation and development of a knowledge base for company employees, e.g. technical manuals
  • Organizing and posting all necessary information on MediaWiki and FreshService
