Our expectations
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, data modeling, and database management
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience working on complex projects involving financial reporting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating innovative solutions to improve data analysis and reporting
- Proactive communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in migrating systems from on-premises to the cloud
- Experience in teamwork and leading project teams
Main responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient solutions using Snowflake and DBT
- Build and enhance data models and data processing pipelines to support financial reporting
- Develop and maintain CI/CD processes to ensure smooth code integration and deployment
- Participate in the migration of financial systems from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud
- Solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions to improve data analysis
- Work within project teams, with the potential to take on a technical leadership role
- Document technical solutions and data engineering best practices
- Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of data processing systems
