This time you have the chance to be part of a project related to the development, consulting and support of IT systems for Frontex. The European Border and Coast Guard Agency supports EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in the management of the EU's external borders and the fight against cross-border crime.
Our expectations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation,
- ISTQB Advanced certification or 3 years of experience in test design above required,
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of higher education
- Well versed and practical knowledge of software testing tools,
- Experience with testing using Azure Devops Test Plans,
- Hands-on experience with coding in one of languages - Python, Java Script, Type Script, VBS,
- Hands-on experience with Test Automation using Playwright or equivalent,
- Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries,
- Hands-on experience with testing SharePoint based applications
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly,
- Presents excellent communication and documentation skills,
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle,
- Proficiency in English (certification is an advantage),
- Hybrid work 2-3 days per week.
Main responsibilities
- Designs and documents test cases for software systems,
- Executes test,
- Executes exploratory test sessions,
- Reports Test results and found defects,
- Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues,
- Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development and service desk teams,
- Reviews project documentation,
- Takes test lead role in smaller projects.
