About the role
The project is delivered for a public sector organization and focuses on the development and optimization of applications supporting administrative and operational processes. The role involves business process analysis, process improvement, and close cooperation with cross-functional teams to implement business and regulatory requirements.
Our expectations
- Several years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Expert knowledge of BPMN process modeling.
- Expert knowledge of UML modeling.
- Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Excellent command of French (C2 level).
- Passive knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
- Availability to work in Brussels or in a hybrid model with the ability to travel to Brussels (within approximately two hours).
Main responsibilities
- Analyze, gather, and document business requirements.
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN and UML.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain business analysis and process documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of applications supporting administrative and operational processes.
- Assess the impact of business and regulatory changes on existing solutions.
- Support the implementation of new functionalities and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
